Cancellation Policy

Scheduling, Cancellation and Waiting List Policy 1. Scheduling 1.1. TriggleSys Hub services must be scheduled in advance through official channels, including website, app, telephone or in person. 1.2. Scheduling confirmation will be sent by email or other digital means defined by the company. 1.3. The customer must provide accurate information when scheduling, ensuring the correct provision of the service. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling 2.1. Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours in advance to avoid possible cancellation fees. 2.2. In cases of late cancellation, a fee may apply, except for exceptional justifications such as health problems or emergencies. 2.3. Rescheduling will be subject to availability of times and must be done through the same channels used for the initial scheduling. 3. Waiting List 3.1. If there are no available times for the desired service, the customer may sign up for a waiting list. 3.2. Customers on the waiting list will be notified if a time becomes available, following the order in which they signed up. 3.3. Acceptance of the available time must be made within a specific time frame, otherwise the time will be offered to the next person on the list. 4. Final Considerations 4.1. TriggleSys Hub reserves the right to change this policy as necessary to better serve its customers and optimize its processes. 4.2. By scheduling an appointment, the customer automatically agrees to the terms of this policy.
