Power BI brought efficiency and transparency, enabling trend identification and financial process optimization.

Implementation of a Computerized System for Custom Shoe Manufacturing

The project aimed to optimize the production of custom shoes through a computerized system, from measurement collection to manufacturing. The stages included requirements analysis, software development, integration with measurement devices, modeling automation, order management, and team training. With this implementation, production time was reduced, shoe accuracy improved, customer experience enhanced, and the process became more efficient and competitive.

Implementation of Customized Classrooms via Microsoft Teams

The project modernized language teaching with customized virtual classrooms on Microsoft Teams, integrated into the school's website. The stages included requirements analysis, classroom configuration, website integration, process automation, and team training. As a result, the school improved accessibility, lesson organization, student engagement, and administrative efficiency, providing a more dynamic and interactive learning experience.

Implementation of Integrated Inventory Control for E-commerce

The project automated inventory management for a shoe store by integrating it into the e-commerce platform for real-time updates. The stages included software development, synchronization with online orders, implementation of alerts and reports, and team training. As a result, the store achieved greater accuracy in product restocking, error reduction, increased operational efficiency, and an improved customer experience.
