Therefore, TRIGGLESYS HUB DE NEGÓCIOS E DESENVOLVIMENTO TECNOLÓGICO LTDA., hereinafter referred to simply as TriggleSys, registered with the CNPJ/MF under no. 60.024.838/0001-47, in the role of Data Controller, is obliged to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

1. What data do we collect about you and for what purpose?

Our website collects and uses some of your personal data in order to enable the provision of services and improve the user experience.

4. How can you exercise your rights as a data subject?

To ensure your correct identification as the holder of the personal data subject to the request, we may request documents or other evidence to verify your identity. In such cases, you will be informed in advance.

5. How and for how long will your data be stored?

Your personal data collected by TryggleSys will be used and stored for as long as necessary to provide the service or to achieve the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, taking into account the rights of the data subjects and the controllers.

In general, your data will be retained as long as the contractual relationship between you and TryggleSys persists. Once the personal data storage period ends, it will be deleted from our databases or anonymized, except for cases legally provided for under Article 16 of the General Data Protection Law, namely:

I – compliance with legal or regulatory obligations by the controller;

II – research conducted by a research entity, ensuring, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data;

III – transfer to a third party, provided that the data processing requirements stipulated in this Law are respected; or

IV – exclusive use by the controller, with third-party access prohibited, and provided the data is anonymized.

That is, personal information about you that is essential for complying with legal, judicial, and administrative requirements and/or for exercising the right of defense in judicial and administrative proceedings will be retained, despite the deletion of other data.

 

The storage of data collected by TryggleSys reflects our commitment to the security and privacy of your data. We employ technical protection measures and solutions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and inviolability of your data. Furthermore, we also implement security measures appropriate to the risks, along with access control for the stored information.

6. What we do to keep your data secure:

To keep your personal information secure, we use physical, electronic, and managerial tools designed to protect your privacy.

We apply these tools considering the nature of the personal data collected, the context and purpose of its processing, as well as the risks that potential violations would pose to the rights and freedoms of the data subject whose data is collected and processed.

Among the measures we adopt, we highlight the following:

In case of security incidents that may pose a risk or significant harm to you or any of our users/clients, we will notify the affected parties and the National Data Protection Authority about the occurrence, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law.

7. Who can your data be shared with?

 

Considering the preservation of your privacy, TriggleSys will not share your personal data with any unauthorized third parties.

 

Your data may be shared with our business partners. They receive your data only to the extent necessary for the provision of contracted services, and our agreements are guided by the data protection regulations of Brazilian law.

However, our partners have their own Privacy Policies, which may differ from this one. We recommend reviewing these documents.

Furthermore, there are other situations in which your data may be shared, which include:

I – Legal determination, request, requisition, or court order, with competent judicial, administrative, or governmental authorities.

II – In cases of corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and incorporations, automatically.

III – Protection of TriggleSys's rights in any type of conflict, including those of a judicial nature.

7.1. International data transfers.

Some of the third parties with whom we share your data may be located in or have facilities in foreign countries. In such cases, your personal data will still be subject to the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other Brazilian data protection legislation.

Furthermore, we also commit to seeking technical and organizational measures that are reliably capable of protecting the entire data processing procedure.

If the National Data Protection Authority requires the adoption of measures regarding the data processing carried out by TriggleSys, we commit to complying with them.

10.1 Disclaimer.

As mentioned in Topic 6, although we adopt high security standards to prevent incidents, no virtual page is entirely risk-free. In this regard, TriggleSys is not responsible for:

Any consequences arising from the negligence, carelessness, or incompetence of users regarding their individual data. We guarantee and take responsibility solely for the security of data processing procedures and for fulfilling the purposes described in this document.

We emphasize that the responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of access data lies with the user.

II – Malicious actions by third parties, such as hacker attacks, except when negligent or deliberate conduct by TriggleSys is proven.
