1. Cancellation

Each and every user of the TriggleSys platform reserves the right to request the cancellation of any service or product offered on this website by sending a request by email to the address: trigglesys.contact@trigglesys.net

If the cancellation request involves products or services that have amounts already invested, the student must pay attention to the terms of the refund policy described below and check whether their request is within the parameters already established.
2. Refund
Provides for consumer protection and other measures.
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of signature or receipt of the product or service, whenever the contract for the supply of products and services occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.
Art. 49. CDC - Law No. 8,078 of September 11, 1990
In view of the above, we inform you that the user has the full right to request a refund of the amount invested by sending a request via email to the address trigglesys.contact@trigglesys.net within 7 days after payment has been made as established in the CDC - Consumer Defense Code.
It is clear that:

The deadline for the request to be fulfilled is up to 7 days after purchasing or subscribing to the service;

The refund will occur within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of the request;

Once the refund is confirmed, the product(s) or service(s) will be automatically cancelled;

Refunds of payments made by bank slip will be reversed as credit, except in exceptions agreed upon during contact with the team;

Amounts refunded for payments made by credit card may not be credited in the same month, depending on the closing date of the customer's invoice.
